We provide a choice of single storey and double storey designs from the Amaroo Homes range of plans that will fit on narrow blocks or larger blocks and can come in 3 or 4 bedroom options with the latest in design trends with optional facades to suit the estate and or our client's requirements.
Unlike many project builders we can offer alterations, changes and even customizing to one of Amaroo Home’s standard range of homes if our design doesn’t quite match what you’re looking for.
Our sales and design staff are happy to work through the process with our clients to ensure they get the best home to suit their needs and budget and can be built on your land or on land we have available through our land and real estate agent partners.

Michelle said “Well I was speaking to Leon and he said that when building with “Amaroo Homes” you are able to modify their plans but if you can’t find anything you like in their range then they will work with you to design a new home especially for you. Build from your own design
Clients can come to us with their own designs on their own land and we’ll work with them to help develop those plans into a build able home that meets all design and regulatory requirements and fits within the budget constraints of the client. Our New Homes Consultants and design team can also work with our clients to specifically develop plans to suit the needs of the client and ensure they meet all requirements of the estate they’re building in. |
Custom design plans to suit your requirements
Many clients come to us with a simple “thumb nail” sketch of what they’d like and over time we can help to custom a design to meet our client’s requirement and then provide customised bills of quantities and quotes to build that home to those requirements on your land or on land we have available through our land and real estate agent partners. We can give our clients a quick initial estimate at the point of sale to see if their wants and desires can fit within their budget constraints using preliminary price estimators we’ve developed before incurring the costs required to design and estimate pricing and develop a bill of quantities which in turn produces the specifications. |
If your initial desires can’t be built within your budget constraints we will work with you to modify the designs to give you as much as we can within the budget you can comfortably afford.
